Shed the Spiral
Match it. Shed it. Down to one card? Shout MOMSTER!
How to Play
You are up against three gremlins from your own brain: Spiral, What-If, and Doomscroll. Everybody starts with 7 cards. First one to shed their whole hand wins the round.
- Play a card that matches the top card by suit, number, or symbol. No match? Tap the draw pile and take one card — if it matches, you can play it right away.
- Not Today (the skip): the next player loses their turn. Not today, gremlin.
- Plot Twist (the reverse): the direction of play flips.
- Brain Dump (draw two): the next player picks up 2 cards and loses their turn.
- Pick Your Calm (wild): plays on anything, and you choose the suit.
- FULL SPIRAL (wild draw four): the next player picks up 4 cards and loses their turn, and you choose the suit. Handle with care.
- The MOMSTER rule: play down to exactly one card and hit the big MOMSTER! button fast. Miss the window and you draw 2 penalty cards. The gremlins play by the same rule — and yes, sometimes they forget.
Rounds won are kept on this device, so your scoreboard survives a refresh. Now go shed that spiral.
