Breathe With Me

A soft little toolkit for the moments your chest gets tight and your thoughts get loud. No fixing, no judgment — just space to land.

Heads up: your browser isn't letting this page save right now, so your entries will only last while this tab is open.

Welcome to Breathe With Me

This is your quiet corner of the internet — a little interactive toolkit for the moments your chest gets tight and your brain won't stop talking.

It's made for anyone whose thoughts run loud: anxious moms, overthinkers, 3am spirallers. If that's you, you're in the right place.

There's no right or wrong way to use it. Poke around, use what helps, skip what doesn't. Start wherever you want — this page isn't going anywhere.

How to Use This Toolkit

Short version: there's no homework here. Just pick what fits the moment.

  1. Start with the Emotional Check-In to name what's happening — your moods, where you feel it in your body, and how intense it is.
  2. If a thought is on loop, try Thought Unraveling to pull it apart gently, one question at a time.
  3. Use Breathe Break anytime. The "I need a Breathe Break now" button floats in the corner of every page — tap it whenever.
  4. Everything you save lands in My Entries. Export it to keep it, or clear it whenever you want. It's yours.

Emotional Check-In

Healing Mantras

Borrow one of these when your brain won't hand you a kind thought of its own.

Make it yours

Write a mantra in your own words — the kind you'd text a friend.

Breathe Break

Pick a rhythm, press start, and follow the circle. Your only job is the next breath.

The Lies Anxiety Tells Me

Heads up: this section asks about anxious thoughts — skip anything that feels like too much today.

Anxiety talks a big game. Here's what it says — and what's actually true.

Add your own

Catch a lie in the wild? Write it down, then write the truth next to it.

Gratitude

Three good things. Small is perfect — hot coffee counts.

My Entries

Everything you've saved, newest first.

Everything you write stays in this browser on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
