I Added 5 New Worksheets to the Calm Vault (For the Nights That Feel Too Heavy)

I’ve been in one of those seasons where my brain stays loud even when my body is begging for rest. The overthinking doesn’t stop at a certain time. It just keeps going — especially at night.

So instead of pretending I had it all figured out, I did what I always do when I’m struggling: I made tools. Simple ones. The kind I actually reach for when my chest is tight and my thoughts are racing at 1 a.m.

I just added five new worksheets to the Calm Vault, and I wanted to share them with you here.

These aren’t cute little worksheets that tell you to “just breathe and think positive.” They’re the real ones. The ones that meet you where you actually are when everything feels like too much.

Here’s what I added:

🌙 Brain Dump Before Bed When your mind is still spinning even though you’re exhausted. This one gives you a place to throw everything out on paper so it stops living rent-free in your head while you’re trying to sleep.

💜 Panic Reality Check: Things I Can Control Right Now For those moments when anxiety makes everything feel urgent and out of control. This worksheet helps you separate what’s actually in your hands versus what your brain is trying to convince you you have to fix immediately.

🌧️ Late Night Spiral Sheet My personal favorite right now. It’s a soft place to land when you’re in a full spiral. It walks you through naming what’s happening without judgment and gives you a few gentle ways to come back to yourself.

🫠 Overstimulated Mom Reset Because sometimes it’s not just anxiety — it’s also the noise, the touching, the constant needs, and the mental load. This one is for the moms who feel like they’re going to snap if one more thing touches them.

🧠 What My Anxiety Is Lying About Today A simple but powerful page to call out the lies anxiety is telling you. Because sometimes just seeing it written down makes it lose a little bit of its power.

I didn’t make these to be perfect. I made them because I needed them. And I figured if I needed them, maybe some of you do too.

They’re all waiting for you inside the Calm Vault—completely free when you join with your email. You can grab them anytime you need something to hold onto during the hard moments.

I’ll probably keep adding to the Calm Vault as I make more things for myself. Some will stay free forever. Some might turn into bigger tools later. But for now, these are here for you.

If you’ve been having a lot of heavy nights lately, I hope one of these gives you even a little bit of relief. You don’t have to figure everything out. Sometimes you just need somewhere to put it all down.

I’m right here with you.
